  • WCT is equipped with Amadeus Global Travel Distribution, the worlds most advanced travel Computer Reservations Service. Amadeus provides us with a super efficient system of reserving cars, hotels and published airfares worldwide.
  • WCT purchased in November 2000 new state of the art computers, each workstation has connectivity to the internet by a high-speed internet connection. WCT agents search up to 40 internet sights for unpublished “web fares” for our clients that often represent significant savings over published fares. These fares are suited those clients who require discounted airfares and do not require flexibility.
  • WCT is a member of Vacation.com, a consortium of the largest group of travel agencies in the USA. This affiliation offers negotiated car and hotel rates world wide.
  • WCT has developed a corporate travel management report based on an EXCEL spreadsheet. This report combines air, car, and hotel expenses and provides a basis for analysis of the corporate travel budget.
  • WCT faxes or e-mails proposed itineraries and immediately upon authorization sends confirmation of e-tickets or itineraries for paper tickets. This system of verification insures travel arrangements are complete and accurate.
  • WCT utilizes several reliable consolidators and web sites for discounted airfares. These alternative solutions generally require no advance purchase and no minimum or maximum stays. These fares are offered when they provide significant savings and are worth considering when the client does not anticipate the need to change the itinerary.
  • WCT has a service fee of $25.00 domestic and $50 International per airline ticket issued.
  • WCT offers free delivery of tickets within 20 miles of Gainesville and does not charge for Federal Express/Airborne when there is no e-ticket option.
